These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the agreement between you (“Client”) and Matt Cress Media (“Company”) regarding wedding photography and videography services.
Matt Cress Media will provide professional wedding photography/videography as agreed in the booking contract.
Final deliverables may include edited photos, videos, albums, or other media formats as specified.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in delays in delivering final media.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within some days of the event may incur additional charges.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Matt Cress Media retains copyright ownership of all images and videos.
Clients receive personal usage rights for viewing, printing, and sharing.
Commercial use, resale, or editing without permission is prohibited.
With written consent, selected images/videos may be used by Matt Cress Media for portfolio and promotional purposes.
While all reasonable care is taken, Matt Cress Media is not liable for circumstances beyond control (equipment failure, accidents, weather, etc.).
In case of unforeseen inability to attend, a substitute professional or full refund of payments will be provided.
Edited photos/videos will be delivered within few days of the wedding date.
Delivery may be via online gallery, USB, or other agreed format.
By booking with Matt Cress Media, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service.
